UEA prides itself on its management systems and the relevance to the industries it provides a service to. With AS/NZS ISO 9001: 2008 accreditation for Quality Management Systems across the group of companies this ensures that all activities are performed in a systematic and controlled manner.

UEA’s management team has agreed on a number of measurable objectives that are reviewed on a regular basis. These objectives are the back bone of our Project Management Plans (PMP) and provide our clients with the peace of mind that all the specific project requirements are communicated, understood and adhered to.

UEA’s Quality System is all about continual improvement. We are not content to just conform to the standard. As a group we continually look to learn and in doing so improve how we go about our daily tasks. Regular internal, third party and client auditing of our systems ensures continued compliance is achieved as a bare minimum
