M7 Business Hub Eastern Creek

Client: Goodman International

UEA Electrical has been engaged on several projects within this estate. UEA has completed both design and construction of Street Lighting, Low Voltage, 11kV OH & UG, 33kV OH & UG, 132kV Underground, Pit Installation, Underboring, Indoor Substation Construction, 11kV Feeders from Zone Substations. Padmount Substations and Pole Substations and estate planning and design.

Projects:

Old Wallgrove Rd Asset Relocation

As a Design and Construction project UEA Electrical was engaged to complete all works associated with the conversion from existing Overhead Assets up to 33kV to underground assets within the new footpath alignment to allow for road widening.

UEA Electrical completed the design and construction of all aspects of this project that included Street Lighting, Low Voltage, 11kV and 33kV overhead and underground as well as Substation works, Civil Works and Underboring.

Toll Logistics, Southridge St

UEA Electrical was engaged to design and Construct a new 1000kVA Distribution Substation for the Toll Facility.

Coles National Distribution Centre

UEA was awarded the Construction Contract for the Coles National Distribution Centre. This project involved the installation of two Indoor Substations with each containing 2 x 1500kVA Transformers and associated HV and LV Switchgear.

The Substation were initially supplied from two direct feeders from Integral Energy's Temporary Wallgrove Zone Substation and have since been converted to Integral Energy's new Eastern Creek Zone Substation

Roberts Rd and Old Wallgrove Intersection

This project involved the design of a new intersection outside Integral Energy's proposed Zone Substation. With the close proximity to Integral Energy's Zone Substation UEA was required to take into consideration Integral Energy's requirements for 132kV Conduit and Pit Installations to allow for 132kV Feeders to be installed to the Zone Substation as well as allow for the 90MVA of 11kV Cables to be reticulated out of the Zone Substation.

During the project UEA completed all aspects of the Street Lighting, 11kV and 132kV Conduit and Pit design.

M7 Hub Estate Design

UEA is currently engaged to complete the remaining estate design. The design includes the installation of approximately twelve 11kV Feeders from Integral Energy's Zone Substation to provide an overall capacity to the estate of approximately 40MVA, Street Lighting, Removal of redundant Assets, the Installation of four 1000kVA Substations.
